30-Day Exchanges and Returns Policy at Glowovy Jewelry
At Glowovy Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer exchanges and returns for most orders within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items Eligible for Returns and Exchanges:
- Most of our products are eligible for returns and exchanges within the 30-day window.
- However, please note that custom-made or personalized items and products marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- For orders made between November 18 and December 15, we extend the return period until January 15, allowing you more time to decide.
- All other orders placed outside this period follow our standard 30-day return policy.
United States Customers:
- To initiate an exchange or return, please visit our returns portal at returns.glowovy.com.
- Once you've submitted your request, you'll receive a shipping label to return the original item.
- For returns, a shipping fee of $7.50 to $20 will be deducted from the final refund, depending on the size and value of the item being returned.
- However, exchanges will not incur any shipping charges.
- Customers outside of the United States can also initiate returns by visiting the Global-E Return Center.
- Please note that international customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes associated with the return.
- Unfortunately, exchanges for international orders are not available at this time.
In-Store Exchanges and Returns:
- For your convenience, online orders can be exchanged or returned at any of our physical store locations.
- We are pleased to offer in-store exchanges and returns with no additional fees.
- United States customers can easily exchange any item for any reason within 30 days of purchase by visiting returns.glowovy.com.
- Shipping for exchanges within the United States is free of charge.
- Exchanged items will be shipped within 2 business days of the exchange request.
- Please ensure that you return the original item within 30 days of the exchange request, or you may be charged for the additional items.
- Currently, exchanges for international orders are not available.
- Customers can request a refund for their items within 30 days of purchase.
- The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the final refund, which depends on the size of the returned item.
- Once authorized, customers may initially receive store credit, which can be used before returning and processing the item.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the original item in our warehouse.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- To reduce waste, Glowovy Jewelry does not ship orders with gift receipts or packing slips.
- Gift recipients within the US can request exchanges by visiting returns.glowovy.com/gifts.
- To process a gift exchange, the order number, shipping zip code, recipient's name, and email address will be required.
- Unfortunately, at this time, we do not support gift exchanges for international orders.
Monogram, Custom, or Markdown Final Sale Items:
- Monogramed, customized, or markdown final sale items are not eligible for a refund.
- However, these items are eligible for exchange and are covered under our warranty.
