Shipping Policy

Shipping time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Estimated shipping dates are based on the selected shipping method.
Shipping dates do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
International Express Shipping: 4-7 business days
Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
Local charges:
Local charges (sales tax, customs duty, import taxes, etc.) may apply depending on the recipient's region and local customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping address:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
Changes to orders, including cancellations or address changes, must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
International shipping:
Orders shipping internationally may be subject to additional local taxes, customs, and duties fees.
Refused shipments:
If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments).

Once an order has been shipped, Glowovy is not responsible for any losses or damages in transit. Customers are responsible for following the tracking information provided and contacting the courier to monitor the delivery of their shipment. Glowovy customer success team is happy to assist in recovering lost or damaged items to the best of their ability, however, a replacement or refund cannot be issued until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned is provided.
Shipping notification:
When an order ships, customers will receive an order ID and the date the order was shipped. This information can be used to track the shipment through the courier's website.
